No consent required, no footprint left!
At 7Side we are now able to perform searches from the following official registers below. As searches are not sourced from a credit reference agency there is no need for consent from subject individuals, nor are any footprints left to show a search having been performed. All search results will be returned to you within one hour.
England & Wales: CCJs, administration orders and child support agency liability orders England & Wales: High court judgments England & Wales: Fines defaults from Magistrates Courts Scotland: Small claims and summary causes Sheriff Court judgments Isle of Man: Default money judgments Jersey: Money judgments from the Petty Debts and Royal Court Northern Ireland: Undefended default & small claims judgments Republic of Ireland: Money judgments from circuit & district courts Information required for search results To search the registers we require the full name and address of any person or business. For limited companies the correct registered full name is required.
Our fee: £10 attendance per subject individual or company (ex. VAT) plus the following disbursements:
I section check = £8 2 section checks =£16 3 section checks = £20 4 section checks = £25 5 -8 section checks =£30 Please note: Searches against limited companies covering more than one jurisdiction may produce search results relating to different companies (e.g. ABC Ltd may be registered in England and Wales whereas a different ABC Limited may be registered in Jersey).
